Michigan Manufactured Homes MLS is a multiple listing service
that was designed exclusively for Michigan. We recently teamed up with mhMLS.org in California,
a company who has 30 years of experience working with retailers and brokers in California, to develop
a professional MLS at a local level for Michigan.
What is a professional MLS?
A professional MLS is a marketing organization composed of members including dealers/brokers/retailers
or community owners who agree to share their listings with one another in the hope of producing ready, willing
and able buyers for their properties more quickly than they could on their own.
How does mhMLS work?
Through the Internet, our MLS provides a method for managing information relating to the sales of manufactured homes
throughout the country. The MLS creates a reliable database of critical information enabling subscribers to compare
sales and prices in local and regional markets. Information on property details is provided in a concise
and uniform manner, insuring that all pertinent and accurate data regarding the property is available to all end-users
at any time.

As a member of our professional site, our goal is to work with individuals that are experts in the
manufactured housing industry. Buyers and sellers who chose our agents will be confident in the
resources and information that our MLS can provide them.

products or services, it can formulate a marketing program based upon facts rather than assumptions. Our professional
MLS will enhance all sectors of the manufactured housing industry by providing accurate and current information regarding

Code of Ethics
All members of Michigan Manufactured Homes MLS will subscribe to a Code of Ethics and sign
a User Agreement. These rules have been adopted to
protect the public and promote respect and confidence in the manufactured home sales profession. These
rules will be binding upon all members to ensure equal and nondiscriminatory access to sales information.
Benefits to the Code of Ethics
By following a code of ethics, we can create a network of trustworthy individuals who have the responsibility to generate
accurate information. The public can be confident in choosing one of our members since all members will be required to
follow these codes of ethics.
Co-Brokering Benefits
- Co-Brokering will speed up the sales process and increase efficiency and profitability.
- Total market knowledge of available homes gives you the best opportunity to keep customers from going else where.
- Increase in buyers agencies. If your listing is not what a perspective buyer desires, you can find their perfect match and still benefit from a sale.
- A network of qualified sales professionals will convert “For Sale by Owners” to loyal customers.
- Sellers not only have the listing agent actively trying to sell their home but several other members trying to achieve the same goal.
- Information generated from sales will benefit all of the MLS members.
It is important to note that MMHMLS will not control commissions allowed
for each home. A set price or percentage will be determined by the listing broker or retailer.
Membership fees
- Retailer or Broker $400.00 per year
- Agent $120.00 per year
- We understand the initial fees for starting anything new can be costly. MMHMLS is willing to provide introductory members with a
reduced start-up fee if necessary to make the benefits of an MLS more visible.
