Michigan Manufactured Homes MLS one-month listing runs for 30 days. A six-month listing runs for 180 days. There will be no refunds if your house sells before the listing time expires.
If more listings are placed than ordered, your credit card will automatically be charged.
The main photo must be
an outside picture of the home.
The other four photos can be of the
inside of the home.
Please do not add commas or dollar signs when entering a price.
Advertising of other inventory and website links are not permitted in your listing.
Once a listing is submitted, no changes can be made. If changes are needed, you can contact us at changestolisting@michiganmanufacturedhomesmls.com. Please refer to the MLS# of your listing in this E-mail.
If your listing should sell before the
expiration date please email us at
changestolisting@michiganmanufacturedhomesmls.com

Your listing will be marked SOLD, but will continue to be listed until
expiration.
